As an SAP Financial Systems Analyst you will support end users in SAP accounting processes, including month-end. You will work with the IT SAP Finance team and end users to resolve complex problems and issues related to SAP Controlling modules. This psotiion can be located in the following offices - Joliet, IL, Westchester, IL, Richardson, TX or Omaha, NE.

SAP IMPLEMENTATIONS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

* Support cross-functional & functional SAP implementations of new locations, software upgrades, new functionality, etc.
* Manage smaller process automations projects within Finance.
* Acts as a liaison between Finance team and IT as a super-user supporting and driving design, testing and data conversion activities.
* Develop new reporting as required to support implementations.

SAP TRAINING

* Prepare training documentation on SAP functionality and processes.
* Provide training to global accounting end users for new functionality or business process improvements as well as implementations of new locations and upgrades.
* Provide new and existing employees with on-going training as required.
* Keeps the inventory of training materials up-to-date.

SAP MASTER DATA OWNERSHIP:

* Responsible for managing master data and configuration data tables used in SAP Controlling modules.

Skills Required

* Minimum of 5 years SAP experience in Finance and Controlling modules; including configuration
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong project management skills to manage Finance and cross-functional projects
* Strong SAP experience in all areas of the Controlling module: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Production Processing, Internal orders, and Projects
* Well-rounded SAP knowledge including Materials Management and Sales & Distribution modules
* Sound decision making, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
* Strong communication and leadership skills. Classroom training and facilitation skills.
* Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from all cultures and levels of management
* Ability to travel international
* PC proficiency including utilizing Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
