Job Description

We're looking for a talented Software Developer with design and development experience in SAP Fieldglass to contribute to the success of our technology initiatives. The Software Developer will have an opportunity to design, develop, and deliver software modules and components of varying complexity. In this role, the Developer will collaborate with Team Leads from Procurement during all phases of the SDLC. The Developer will also maintain and support product features in the Production, Pre-Production, and Operations environments.

Software Developer

We're looking for a talented Software Developer with design and development experience in SAP Fieldglass to contribute to the success of our technology initiatives. The Software Developer will have an opportunity to design, develop, and deliver software modules and components of varying complexity. In this role, the Developer will collaborate with Team Leads from Procurement during all phases of the SDLC. The Developer will also maintain and support product features in the Production, Pre-Production, and Operations environments.

What You Will Do

* Create the design specifications for development from approved business cases
* Execute unit and system testing of the design once the solution has been developed, and work closely with other team members to deploy the code to production
* Perform impact analyses of new features or changes to existing features within the Fieldglass application
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and application through analysis, coding, writing clear documentation and problem resolution
* Assess and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications
* Develop, test and implement program logic

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Systems, or a related field
* 7+ years IT experience
* 5+ years Fieldglass experience
* Experience planning for and meeting deliverable dates, and serving as liaison/direct contact.
* Ability to work on multiple assignments and resolve complex problems
* Ability to work cross-functionally inside and outside the IT department
* Expert understanding of IT environments, technologies, processes in relation to business needs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
