We are now looking for a SAP E2E Architect

Do you want to be part of developing the IT solutions for the Electrolux Group? We are looking for an E2E SAP Architect In this position you will be involved in developing our SAP landscape and future roadmap. Supporting the development of our solutions blueprint and involved in the relevant IT projects and programs forming our future within the SAP domain area. This role will be part of the Global Team and will include travel to support all our Business Areas across the globe. There are constantly new opportunities so we can guarantee your day tomorrow will not be a copy of yesterday.

What you will do:

The E2E SAP Architect will support the development of our Global Blueprint, ensure the governance of the global Electrolux SAP solution (EluxOne) and is responsible for the continuous optimization and support of the solution and connected landscape together with the business stakeholders. A close co-operation with relevant parties depending on the EluxOne solution will be key for success. We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering the "right" solution and also can be pragmatic enough for getting the buy in from stakeholders with different entry points. To influence others and be able to translate business needs will be a help on this journey.

The role will work within the teams managing the development of the EluxOne solution which is based on the SAP platform. The EluxOne solution is covering all functional areas within the Business Commercial area including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics and Manufacturing is the next evolution of that standard blueprint. The current solution is rolled out to most European countries, Latin America (Brazil) and North America however the next phase is start the deployment in APAC and build Manufacturing into the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own and drive the development of the SAP Roadmaps within Electrolux IT
* SAP Landscape changes, evaluate what should we adopt and work with relevant Business Areas on the business drivers of implementing new technologies
* Work closely with SAP and leverage their capabilities to maximize their value add
* Influence and engage with Regional Teams on their SAP Strategy
* Be a catalyst for successful implementation of large SAP projects
* Act as the natural point of contact for the SAP Strategic Relationship
* Assess the fit of new requirements and solutions into mid- and long term solution strategy and architectural roadmap
* Ensures aligned and seamlessly connected E2E solutions between the different functional areas
* Manages and governs the change management process of the solution and architectural roadmaps

What we need from you:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience of SAP ECC processes in a multinational environment gained in the full life-cycle projects
* SAP competence (ECC, Manufacturing, E2E Supply Chain)
* Database and technical data understanding
* MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel/Access, Project, Visio)
* Experience with Integration Solutions (such as SAP PI/PO)
* Professional presentation skills
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or other related field
* Project management skills and knowledge of project methodologies like scrum, agile, or waterfall
* Strong leadership, networking & interpersonal skills
* Cross collaborator, relationship builder
* Team work spirit but also independent
* Structured, logical, quality and service minded as well as overall view combined with drive
* Good communication skills
* Ability to influence others
* Ability to travel if needed
