SAP Concur, the most profitable and fastest growing Software as a Service provider in the world, is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support our production environment. As part of a global infrastructure architecture team, you will be focused on the technologies behind SAP Concur's Cloud Services.

This is a fast-growing global team with the ability to make significant difference to SAP Concur's service offerings by having a strong influence to impact performance, stability, availability and architecture.

The right person will be highly passionate about the technology, have an analytical mindset, and have experience working with a wide range of platforms, with a deep understanding of Active Directory. At SAP Concur you will work with many technologies, with emphasis on Windows, Linux, Okta, Amazon Web Services.

Position Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

* Contribute to design and architecture decisions about how SAP Concur delivers high availability services to customers
* Actively participate on internal projects and collaborate with non-technical colleagues in a dynamic
* team.
* Help design and maintain products supporting our IAM program
* Perform day-to-day Microsoft Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
* Drive infrastructure as code - configuration management, automation concepts, and scripting to automate and monitor tasks.
* Maintain and troubleshoot Linux, and Windows server platforms
* Develop and enhance tools, reports and dashboards that help us build better insight into the performance of our applications
* Be on call with the ability to troubleshoot and support infrastructure issues 24/7 in a multi-tier application stack and an enterprise datacenter environment
* Interact with a variety of SAP Concur and client resources to identify issues and solutions
* Work with 3rd party vendors to manage the identification and resolution of vendor issues
* Undertake day to day service requests for all applications hosted by SAP Concur
* Perform training, design and knowledge transfer sessions
* Participate in the interview process

Position Requirements:

* BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* 5+ years' experience managing Linux system administration, preferably RHEL or CentOS,
* and Windows environments
* 5 + years experience with Active Directory and identity management tools such as Okta
* Experience with migrating to and working with a cloud provider such as AWS
* Strong understanding of programming language(s) such as python and powershell
* Experience with AD proxy tools such as Active Roles Server
* Solid understanding of infrastructure and security concepts, including fundamental knowledge of OSI model.
* Understanding of role based access policies and design
* Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile
* Familiarity with Jira or other workflow software
