Our Global SAP Systems team has an opening for an experienced SAP Finance Functional Project Manager who will take ownership and drive the BPC implementation for Apple's FP&A team. This is a highly visible and exciting role, specializing in design and configuration of the SAP BPC application. This will involve collaborating with many IS&T groups and key business functions including CFP&A, World Wide Sales Finance, and World Wide Product Marketing. Furthermore, the role offers the opportunity to obtain a 'big picture' view of the Company's system landscape, at the same time improving processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy. 4+ years implementing SAP BPC projects with 7-10 years of other SAP product implementation experience Experience with full implementations of BPC Net Weaver 7.5/10.0 or 10.1 versions in large global companies Strong analytical background, experience in finance core processes, planning, consolidations and reporting You will have experience in designing planning applications , data modeling, architecting ETLs, building consolidation models and reconciliation reports Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Extremely curious - not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root cause Strong communication and presentation skills Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; the ability to form positive relationships with business partners and peers Have positive attitude and willingness to learn new areas Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around product launches and other strategic initiatives

The SAP BPC Solutions Project Manager will be part of the Apple's Global SAP IS&T Organization and will be specializing in design and configuration of the SAP BPC application and be responsible for delivering cross-functional projects. You have applied software development and project management methodologies in the past to implement key projects. The position involves understanding new business strategies, providing recommendations for automated solutions to support new strategies and implementing the proposed solutions within pre-determined resources, budget and timeline. Your responsibilities will include working with the business users to define scope and capture business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solutions. We require strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation/delivery and meeting facilitation and an ability to drive consensus with key constituents. You will have prior SAP experience, good organizational skills, be able to prioritize work effectively and lead projects.

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field with accounting work experience. CPA or MBA preferred. Prior experience in hi-tech and software industries is a plus.
