* Prepare ServiceMax test scripts as needed to test new functionality and regression test existing functionality. * Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing for ServiceMax system development life cycle. * Be a liaison between the business units, technology teams, support teams, and quality representatives. * Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrates a basic level of knowledge of various common enterprise systems - CRM, ERP, Salesforce. * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in high-matrix cross-functional teams as well as operate independently. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects . * Work independently under direction of project manager/system administrator/senior validation analyst/validation consultant.
Preferred Requirements:
* Experienced in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into SFDC/ ServiceMax * Strong technical acumen a with the ability to learn and configure core applications such as Salesforce.com, and ServiceMax * At least Five (4-5) years' CRM experience or 2+ in ServiceMax or Salesforce * Medical Device/Life science industry knowledge * Knowledge of Salesforce.com/ServiceMax, ServiceMax/ SFDC Certification is a big PLUS * Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or Business * Knowledge of software validation in a FDA regulated environment
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or Business * 1-2 years' experience operating in a business/validation analyst role * 1-2 years' experience in Life Science
