We are presently looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead that can assist with creation and implementation complex Salesforce solutions that meet our client's fast-growing business and technical requirements. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.
* You will be Facilitating strategic, program level conversations with key holders * Advising the team on key decisions and providing insights from experiences * Leading critical reviewing, updating and approving Salesforce design approaches within the scrum team * Managing escalations and working closely with Client leadership teams to resolve data migration conflicts * You will Drive overall data management ACE delivery across work streams * Participating and leading technical discussions during backlog refinement sessions * Developing complex design solutions with a good understanding of * Salesforce limitations, impact to overall data management and migrations * Reviewing all scrum team code, providing feedback, fixing issues * You will be Responsible for development and configuration of the Salesforce solution for most complex items * Managing data and design session discussion across scrum team * You will be Providing Technical insights/feedback into architectural decisions that impact stability of the application
* 10-12 years of IT experience with 8-10+ years of experience in administering a Salesforce.com system and played the role of Technical Lead in at least one project. * Knowledge of relational databases. * Knowledge of .NET, JAVA, C#, HTML and/or Java Script a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong presentation and training skills. * Strong problem solving skills and be able to apply creativity to improve processes. * Have attention to detail a dedication to quality and be customer focused. * Should be able to work in a dynamic environment and have strong time management skills. * Good project management skills to manage lifecycles of small to large-scale projects. * Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* An advanced degree would be an advantage. * Salesforce certifications would also be a plus but not mandatory. * APEX development knowledge desired.
