We are currently seeking highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with experience in projects with Salesforce as the major technology. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. We need people with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle.

Responsibilities:

* You will work as a Salesforce production support lead.
* Should Collaborate with offshore team.
* Co-ordinate with customer, product vendors and other stake IT Teams.
* Engage in Support activities.

Required Qualifications:

* You should have at least 10 years of overall IT experience.
* You need at least 8 years of SFDC experience.
* You should bring experience from working as a Production Support Lead in at least 1 project.
* We want you to be well-versed in configuration, customization and integration of Salesforce.
* You'll need hands-on experience in Service and Sales Cloud.
* We want you to have Visualforce and Apex certifications.
* Effective communication skills are vital to success in this position; you should be able to communicate well with both business Subject Matter Authorities and Technical design /developer team members.
* You'll need to demonstrate good knowledge of Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and Data Model skills.
* You should be highly competent in the tool capabilities and implications of using the tool, and be able to quickly provide accurate high level cost and schedule impacts of each proposed solution.
* Healthcare industry knowledge is needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

* An advanced degree would be an advantage.
