Job Description

Role: Salesforce Integration Lead

Who are we looking for?

A mid-senior level Salesforce Lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

* 12+ years of IT industry exposure with hands-on
* 8+ years of development and design experience on Salesforce CRM implementations
* Solid experience as Architect for a large Sales and Service cloud implementation involving multiple stakeholders
* Must have developer certifications and having advanced certification is an added advantage
* Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.
* Solid understanding of Object-Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to right clean, well-refactored maintainable code.
* Build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API
* Experience on Salesforce1, Salesforce Lightning and Analytics
* Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and data migration.
* Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.
* Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
* Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
* Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.

Process Skills:

* A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests and Salesforce technical requirements.
* Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them.
* Experience deploying and supporting sales enablement tools.
* Enjoys working in an agile team where things move quickly, and priorities frequently shift.
* Very strong Excel competency.
* Strong Data Analysis Skills.
* Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.

Behavioral Skills:

* Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
* Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
* Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
* Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

* Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
