Samsara is seeking an expert Salesforce Developer to design and implement solutions for Salesforce and related systems to optimize internal sales operations. Working closely with a senior management team that has successfully built and exited a billion-dollar business, you will develop tools to help scale our revenue-generating operations and increase sales efficiency. This is a multi-faceted role where you will work multi-functionally with our Sales, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Finance teams. This position is based in our San Francisco HQ. Responsibilities:
* Develop tools to increase the efficiency of the sales organization and reduce sales cycle friction * Analyze business operations and processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics * Maintain financial data integrity and help automate our sales process * Assist in scaling the business for hyper growth
* Experience developing on the Force.com platform * Familiarity with Force.com development best practices and design patterns * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent experience * Ability to deliver an excellent business solution from a set of requirements * Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment * 2+ years in a similar position
Ideal candidates will have:
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II a huge plus) * Object-oriented programming experience * Salesforce Trailhead badges and Superbadges (please provide a link to public Trailhead profile if possible) * Personal technical projects
