We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce/ Contracts Database Administrator to work from our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL.

This role is essential in ensuring centralized and accurate customer and commercial data to help drive business decisions and improvements in processes. The Salesforce / Contract Database Administrator will incorporate best practices and manage the day-to-day operations. This role will report to the Director of Customer Strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

* Serve as primary system administrator for the environment (with 90 users) and the contract database administrator

* Handle all basic Salesforce administrative functions including but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, page layouts and other routine tasks

* Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

* Manage data feeds and other integrations

* Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization

* Assist in training users of the contracts database organization

* Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams

* Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

* Validating and uploading customer data; ensuring accuracy of data points

Required Experience Includes:

* BS/BA in Finance or Business Administration required;

* 3 years of experience in administration

* Experience with contracts management tools (Conga or contract lifecycle management tool) required

* Certified SFDC Administrator required; Certified SFDC Developer a plus

* Experience developing customer reports / dashboards in

* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau or similar)

* Experience with XL Connector (formerly called Enabler4Excel) and Salesforce Dataloader tools

* Experience with Roll-up helper

* Expert knowledge of MS Office Software (particularly, Excel and PowerPoint)

Required Skills / Traits Include:

* Administration of Salesforce (e.g., process for updating information, validation / completeness of information, configuration of objects and report development) and contracts database

* Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

* Ability to rapidly learn and understand the business

* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

* Experience with quality assurance and data testing processes

* Proactive problem-solving and trouble shooting

* Self-motivated and hardworking: able to work independently and without close supervision
