Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the enrollment management division, providing front line support of Salesforce including: support of daily operations, configuration changes, reporting, training, troubleshooting and working with stakeholders to ensure that applications meet their current and evolving needs. The Salesforce Administrator must have a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities and will be expected to make recommendations regarding the ongoing Salesforce deployment.

The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Director of Enrollment Management and be responsible for day to day support and maintenance of Mason's Salesforce platform. This role will collaborate with IT staff, client stakeholders and end users to support, enhance and expand Salesforce operations and adoption. For the end users, the Salesforce Administrator will provide operational support as well as focused and ongoing training.

Responsibilities:

* Oversight of the integration and development of the university SalesForce platform, focused on supporting the business processes within the Provost Office;
* Create and maintain views, reports and dashboards;
* Provide training for users of the SalesForce platform;
* Perform various other duties, some of a supervisory nature, as deemed appropriate by the employee's supervisor or his/her superiors.



Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education/experience;
* Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities;
* Experience with Demand Tools and/or Salesforce Data Loader;
* Demonstrated ability to understand and/or anticipate organizational needs and translate them into technical requirements;
* Experience with Informatica Cloud (or equivalent ETL tool);
* Salesforce Lightning Connector and relational databases.



Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrates experience as Salesforce Admin
* SFDC Administrator Certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
