Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking Salesforce Consultant to join their Salesforce practice. We are looking to add resources to our practice for various clients in the US. We currently are looking to hire Salesforce Administrator to our practice.

SFDC Sr. Developer

SFDC Admin 6+ years of experience managing environments with multiple work streams operating in Agile / Scrum framework and solid experience.

Web Engineering experience should include configuration of integration points, custom settings, security certificate updates for middleware layer, implementation of SSO, support of production releases.

Backing in System Engineering which includes installation, configuration and updates of third party

packages (Abode, Skuid, apex debugger, conga), Salesforce major upgrades, Salesforce critical updates and fixes is required.

DBA experience should include performing data model support (new fields, new objects, setup table/custom setting updates) data storage maintenance (data deletion jobs, archive/purge process), data encryption using shield, data storage planning and forecasting; developing comprehensive Production Fix refresh process including data loads.

Extensive experience with Security Engineering: enforcing adherence to Global Security SAAS key controls as defined in Archer.

Hands on experience working with governance; defining and implementing security profiles, roles, and permission sets ensuring access restrictions based upon clearly defined need, maintenance and ongoing certification of user accounts (adds, updates, removals), review and application of appropriate security settings (ip whitelist, session security settings, https, session management), audit reports to monitor authorized access, security maven.

Support of performance and load testing; identification of issue at salesforce server side, client side; identification of code scalability issues; event monitoring support
