DUTIES: Contribute to teams responsible for developing and maintaining the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform, Data Integration Services, and Einstein Analytics Platform supporting millions of company customers; develop, test, and deploy new features and applications for the Salesforce CRM platform to enable sales cycle management, product support for customers, and the development of custom applications for business critical functions; utilize various programming languages to develop customized applications including proprietary languages Apex and Visualforce; collaborate with project team to understand business and technical requirements for new features and functions; prepare functional and technical design documentation; develop, test, and deploy data connections and integration solutions between various systems, utilizing SQL and Informatica ETL tools, including Cloud Realtime and Batch solutions; monitor Informatica connections on a regular basis, troubleshooting data connection issues and managing Informatica maintenance schedules; perform unit and integration testing; and continually develop fixes and enhancements for all issues discovered during troubleshooting and testing.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and two (2) years of experience performing development and administration on the Salesforce platform at an enterprise-scale; of which one (1) year must include experience building integration solutions with Informatica ETL tools and SQL.
