About This Role
You will love this position if you are ready to take on the challenge of administering a Salesforce org of over 150 users. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role will be focused on launching new products and processes for sales and marketing teams. We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator that is excited and passionate about building easy to use user experiences and collecting great data.
What You Will Do
* Manage and build security management, object customizations, process automations, and app installations in our Salesforce instances * Maintain and manage user permissions and access for over 150 users * Create and modify Salesforce automation, primarily using Salesforce declarative tools * Provide QA support for change sets, app updates, and instance updates * Assist with data exports, imports through data loader and deliver reporting and dashboards for leadership * Provide both 1:1 and group training for new processes or interfaces across teams * Research and assist in deployment of new tools and applications that integrate our Salesforce instance
What You Need
* 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator * Experience deploying and leveraging Salesforce Lightning * Ability to collaborate and provide feedback to peers and leadership * Experience with building reporting, formula fields, and change management * Experience delivering Salesforce training in a one-on-one and/or group setting * In depth expertise in creating workflow rules and process builder flows * Experience integrating Salesforce AppExchange tools * Experience with data modeling, custom objects, permissions, SOQL queries is a plus * Salesforce Admin (201) required and Dev (401) certification preferred * Experience with Apex or Visualforce is preferred
