ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Sense and Warn (S&W) Project Lead to join our team to provide unparalleled support to our customer. The S&W Project Lead will provide programmatic support to a new contract.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Sense & Warn (S&W) Project Lead is the point of contact (POC) for a specific geographic area of operations or subject. The work involves the demonstration of expert leadership and direction in the application of program management principles, methods, or tools as they relate to the project design, planning, coordination and oversight.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of radars and Counter Rocket Artillery and Mortar systems used by the Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of State. Knowledge and understanding of the interoperability between specific Department of Defense C-RAM systems and the integration of selected Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware into these systems.

Must demonstrate expert knowledge of radar systems, Command and Control systems, communication networks, and the development of requirements, data analysis and fielded system support. Must demonstrate exceptional expertise in project management to ensure that all phases involved in the planning, development, design and implementation of overseas security projects are orchestrated seamlessly. Must demonstrate the ability to analyze, interpret, and implement any laws, regulations, and contractual requirements associated with S&W systems which may require knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).

Travel Requirements:

May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance. Must have a valid US Passport.

Security Requirements:

Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
