Dane Street is seeking mid- level or Senior Ruby on Rails developers to join our development team. We are looking for Candidates to be dedicated, able to work in a fast paced environment, and constantly seeking new knowledge in the technology field. We are looking to find someone who shares our company values - practicing the Golden Rule, Passion for your work and embracing Innovation.

You will be assisted by a team of onsite business analysts and other Ruby on Rails developers. You will be working closely with our clients, both by phone and in person as requested, throughout the process, in addition to our internal team.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of experience (preferred)

Direct experience with Ruby on Rails framework

Well qualified candidates should have direct experience with the following:

Javascript, React, jQuery, HTML, SQL, Apache

Experience working with Dynamo Database, Elastic search, Heroku, Amazon Web Services

Git expertise

Experience developing large-scale web applications

Experience using development management tool JIRA

Object oriented design

Ability to lead development efforts

Deep commitment to test driven development
