This position is responsible to Develop and Maintain BOTs and other emerging cross technology (RPA, NLG, NLP) related use case from requirements, feasibility study, ROI, technical design and implementation of Small, Medium to Complex robotic process automation use cases across the Finance domain.

* Create RPA solution design documentation aligning with business requirements and stakeholders.
* Design, develop and configure simple, medium to complex robotic process automations per business process and requirements documentation.
* Take a business use case and business requirements that may cross one and/or multiple systems and conceptualize it as an automated solution. Provide necessary workflows and flow diagrams as part of the deliverable. Will be required to work across all finance domains (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, B2C, Tax and many other).
* Design and develop Robotic Process Automation to meet use cases as per the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle).
* Responsible to provide necessary documentation to handover automated solutions into business processes to enable a stable production environment.
* Ability to drive innovation, take risks and learn from failure and strive to always continue to perfect the Robotic Development Life Cycle (RDLC) process.
* Independently design and develop simple to complex multi system robotic automations. Work directly with the finance user community to understand requirements and data flows and be competent to articulate solutions, risks and challenges.
* Collaborate across the emerging tech team (RPA, NLG, and NLP) within finance and with the broader emerging technology communities of practice across GTS.
* Be able to evaluate a use case as appropriate for robotic process automation. Be able to access and articulate accurate levels of effort to provide data for planning.
* Participate and do the code walk-thru and also ensure quality of code by performing thorough testing.
* Investigate any issues in the production environment and raise remediation with the business or log issue tickets as required with other IT organizations.
* Design & develop a mechanism to monitor, report the BOT performance and work across the finance domains to get the BOT utilization close to 100%.
* Provide support post-prod BOT deployment, help conduct Dry-run and resolve prod issues.
* Schedule and run RPA processes to ensure stability of production environment.
* Develop reusable components, scripts and framework for efficiency.
* Comply with and help to enforce governance standards, policies and procedures.
* Partner with Infrastructure team and establish SLAs on performance, capacity and Audit logs
* Compliance to Verizon policies and procedures.

What we're looking for...

This person should have experience with Robotic Process Automation. Also, should have the ability to understand business and technical impact and articulate issues / risks and recommend solutions and resolution to Business, IT Leads and Sr. Mgrs.

You'll need to have:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or four or more years of work experience.
* Four or more years of relevant work experience.
* RPA/Bot Development & BOT Maintenance experience.
* Experience with one or many coding languages such as C#, Python, ASP.Net, PL/SQL, JavaScript, VBScript, Excel, SOAP / REST Services.

Even better if you have:

* A degree.
* Certified Automation Anywhere Professional.
* Three or more years of overall application Development work experience - Design, Development, Coding and Debugging
* Experience with Agile and DevSecOps CI/CD concepts and tools. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, AWS Cloud.
* Experience in Agile project facilitation, delivery, Scrum role, as well as SDLC/RDLC.
* Ability to work with the Application Owners and Business Analysts to identify and understand the processes for RPA use cases and get produced the Process Definition/Design Documents (PDD's) and get prioritized by aligning with business.
* Ability to coordinate, facilitate, lead, manage the work stream for a particular LOB and work with IT Security & Legal team to get use cases reviewed and approved.
* Ability to drive innovation, take risks and learn from failure and strive to always continue to perfect the Robotic Development Life Cycle (RDLC) process.
* Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and experience deploying solutions with tools such as Automation Anywhere.
* Flexibility and collaborative work approach to solve complex problems and promote standardization - taking into account multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
* Experience having worked with Onshore & Offshore teams.
* Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to interact with team members and internal/external customers or 3rd party vendors.
* Ability to work in different time zone with onshore & offshore.
* Strong conflict resolution skill to handle complex BOTs.
* Experience to other digital Disrupter technologies such as NLG, NLP, Chatbots & cognitive technology and concepts.
* Knowledge of object base design and development.
* Ability and desire to learn new technologies and a passion for coding.
* Good communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
* Ability to work in a structured, governed, methodical approach.
* A self-started who delivers consistent high quality work.
* Flexibility and collaborative work approach to solve complex problems and promote standardization - taking into account multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
