Job Description

Work schedule: Evening shift Friday to Tuesday; or Saturday to Wednesday, or Thursday to Monday. (coverage on Saturday and Sunday between 2pm - 11pm PST)

Purpose

The Review Solutions Technician joins a Relativity support team that performs search term formatting and search execution, executes queued requests, and provides basic technical support and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:

* Execute project-specific tasks in Relativity, Equivio, and Lighthouse proprietary tools at direction of senior team members
* Analyze, format and optimize search terms and search requests
* Perform quality control processes
* Assist in developing and documenting workflows
* Perform tasks as client deadlines and business needs dictate
* Perform administrative Relativity functions (e.g., user creation, database setup, and importing/exporting
* Supports internal process improvement initiatives
* Accurately scope incoming work and estimate timelines
* Resolve basic client-facing technical support and troubleshooting

What You'll Need:

* Availability to work in the evening weekend shift: Evening shift Friday to Tuesday; or Saturday to Wednesday, or Thursday to Monday. (coverage on Saturday and Sunday between 2pm - 11pm PST)
* Either a bachelor's degree or demonstrated facility in ediscovery and related tools
* Background in logic, mathematics, or linguistics a strong plus
* Understanding of search syntax and techniques
* Experience in ediscovery with proficiency in document review hosting platforms such as Relativity a strong plus
* Relativity Certified Administrator or SQL experience a plus
* Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and resourcefulness
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Expert level PC user
* Strong initiative to provide support across the company to complete common goals
