Description:This position is for an Information Assurance Engineering Sr level individual working for the Lockheed Martin Enterprise IT, Corporate Information Security (CIS), Intelligence & Operations team. Candidate performs role as a sustaining engineer on the Enterprise VPN, LMPassage and EAS Mobile environments that encompass the Company's Enterprise Remote Access Services. Responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, life-cycle management, monitoring and administration of the Remote Access Service Infrastructure and the associated EAS, TLS and IPSEC VPN solutions, development and sustainment of system architectural documentation, develop and document IP assignment pools, routes, taps and network interfaces, tier 2 support for hardware, software and/or client issues utilizing the ServiceNow change management and incident management systems, technical vendor relationship monitoring and management driving identified product defects towards resolution, representing Remote Access Services on all relevant engineering change boards, research and maintain proficiency in tools, techniques and best practices in remote access technologies.

A successful candidate for this position must have knowledge and awareness of remote access security related concerns, risks, and effective remediation. The candidate may perform in a variety of leadership roles when required for meetings, major maintenance/operational activities, projects and emerging technology reviews. CIS seeks candidates who are willing to promote team building, empowerment, inclusiveness, and diversity within the Remote Access Services. Effective communication skills, technical writing and presentation skills are essential to the success of this role. The creation and maintenance of accurate documentation, including configuration settings and license tracking, standard operating instruction (SOI) documents, and network diagrams are required day-to-day tasks. Adherence to the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct are critical traits. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, off-hours/on-call/weekends/evenings, and be able to travel as required.

Basic Qualifications:

* Demonstrated knowledge on multiple OS platforms including Windows (7, 8 or 10), Linux, and Mac
* Working knowledge of Pulse Secure, Cisco or other enterprise remote access products

Desired Skills:

* Working knowledge of an enterprise-scale Active Directory/DNS and the implications of remote access
* Demonstrated System Administration/Network administration background
* Working Knowledge of Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) protocol suite
* Working knowledge of enterprise-scale Assured Identity/Radius/PKI and the implications of remote access
* Working knowledge of Firewall, Switches, Routers & Virtual Private Networking
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow's Incident Management system & process flow
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow's Change Management system & process flow
* Working knowledge of LM Vulnerability Remediation, Waivers/Variances, Scanning & Audit Processes
* Working knowledge of LM Desktop virtualization infrastructure and its use within the corporation
* Working knowledge of F5 global and local traffic management capabilities
* Working knowledge of Ivanti AppSense capabilities
* Scripting Experience
* Demonstrated excellence with written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated experience with desktop, server and appliance troubleshooting
