OVERVIEW:A member of the Follow-The-Sun Team (FTS), located in Switzerland, USA and Hong Kong, provide L3 supports on Identity Management, Groupware and Messaging (IGM) services to worldwide IT teams. You will report to the IGM FTS Global Coordinator.
* Maintain system availability, manage day-to-day operational tasks, provide support worldwide on IGM services: * Administer Micrsoft Active Directory - ADDS, ADFS, ADCS * Assure reliable messaging perations, administer Microsoft Exchange platform and mail gateways * Assist n tasks related to the cloud platform transition * Supprt archiving solutions including mail archiving, file archiving and etc. * Prvide support on global telephony infrastructure, unified communications platforms based on Cisco Call Manager, Skype for Business Voice and AudioCodes.
* Identify potential issues, analysis, diagnosis complex infrastructure problems and elaborate corrective measures. * Handle support calls base on ticketing system, track and communicate their resolution. * Participate in training and coaching to worldwide IT team. * Provide up-to-date documentations * Take part in infrastructure enhancements and projects
* Customer focused and service oriented * Be able to prioritize tasks and complete works in accordance with planned schedule with high quality deliverables * Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure * Experience of working in a multinational enterprise and preferable in a global team * Excellent spoken/written communication in English is mandatory * Good team player with strong interpersonal communication skills * Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge
* Education: Minimum BS in Computer Science or equivalent. * Required experience: at least 5 years experiences in IT industry, excellent knowledge on Microsoft technologies with * 2 years of implementing and administering Microsoft Exchange / ADDS / ADFS /ADCS / Skype for Business * Knowledge in Unified Communication Platform / Cisco Call Manager / Cisco UCCX / Cisco Unity Connection / Cisco Quality Manager / CDR * Experience on Microsoft Azure AD and Office 365 * Understand networking (LAN, MAN, WAN) to support systems within large scale organizations * PowerShell scripting experience * Microsoft SharePoint experience is an asset
