Individual will be responsible for defining the experiences, management of feature set development, envisioning the DT plan for the PS Campus. The role requires to partner closely with internal product teams, IT, and RE&S stakeholders.
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering
6+ years of program management experience
Experience with facilities, construction, design and build processes
Experience with IT operations and technology integration processes
Experience working with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and related technologies
Experience with real estate or finance
Experience interfacing with and supporting external vendors, tools, and partners

The Regional Experience Lead, Puget Sound will drive a global experience workstream(s) and digital transformation within the Puget Sound region for the Center of Innovation within the Real Estate & Facilities and Global Security Organization.
This position will be responsible for driving a(n) experience workstream(s) across the organization by ideating and developing future solutions for the experience area. The position will own and define the feature set, manage a team of resources to develop solutions, and lead the associated epic with the Center of Innovation governance structure. The solutions and experiences developed also need to be integrated with existing workplace design and technology guidelines and materials so that they encompass the complete (not just digital) experience and can be supported at scale.
The position will also serve as the Puget Sound regional lead and will be responsible for developing & program managing execution against the Global digital transformation strategy. This includes the deployment of digital transformation initiatives across all experience workstreams by active consultation on new & refurbishment construction projects and facilities projects within the Puget Sound region. This will require managing a budget & vendor group to support implementation of solutions.
Develop and manage new global digital transformation initiatives for the experience workstream and ensure alignment with the overall Center of Innovation vision and strategy
Execute digital transformation initiatives across experience workstreams within the Puget Sound region
Develop the project roadmap for initiatives and ensure that all initiatives run on-schedule, addressing risks and dependencies as needed
Identify and assemble the necessary resources for project teams to execute initiatives
Manage vendors supporting execution of initiatives and ensure they consistently meet, or exceed, project contracts and deadlines
Oversee the budget management and schedule of initiatives to maintain alignment with project roadmaps
Frequently engages with the Real Estate & Security Leadership Team, Regional Experience Leads, and other RE&S Full-Time Employees and partners to ensure timely and complete delivery of experience scope
Actively consult on major development projects within the Puget Sound and facilities and services contracts or facilities related projects; partner with Real Estate Operations to identify opportunities for execution of digital transformation initiatives and drive implementation of solutions
Drive productization of new solutions developed from experience workstream, by leveraging the Microsoft Corporation as customer Number Zero.
Ensure active support to the Center of Innovation charter
Maintains relationships and roadmaps with internal Microsoft product teams and external teams developing solutions for relevant experience verticals
Ensure staff has clearly defined tasks and any development need is addressed through training, development or coaching, and encourage a collaborative approach in order to meet organizational expectations
Actively contribute to a team working environment that will foster innovation, mutual respect and a determination to succeed in achieving or improving efficiency and cost effectiveness
