Qualifications

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems
* Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages Python (strongly preferred), C++ or Java
* Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices
* Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
* Athena / Quartz / SecDB Development and understanding of Core architecture/design
* Python (preferred) or C++ OR Java Programming ok if candidate have strong Rate or Swap experience
* Strong experience of Object Oriented Application Development
* Knowledge of DBMS, relational database and SQL, preferably Sybase
* Bond and Fixed Income Derivatives Analytics Knowledge (e.g. Risk & PnL Calculations)
* Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures Solid Object Oriented design and programming skills

Skills Desired:

Experience of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, TDD)

Prior experience developing with middleware API's (IBM MQ,JMS, QPID)

Prior experience developing with Web application server
