Job Description
Project:
Great Hall Builders, LLC will bring big changes for Denver's International Jeppesen Terminal. The construction plan includes relocating the security screening area, modernizing the checkpoints with faster technology and renovating concession spaces as part of a larger $650 million renovation plan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receive, upload, and organize all approved RFI's, Submittals, and drawings into field management software system Bluebeam
* Using the Project Documentation Management System TeamBinder to download the latest versions of submittals, RFI's, and updated permitted drawings transferring the info into Bluebeam
* Coordinate with Document Control staff to verify and manage documentation to be uploaded into Bluebeam.
* Create files/folders on the computer or shared drive to prepare for uploading to Bluebeam
* Use Bluebeam Program to page label, bookmark, and hyperlink new issued drawings to be uploading into organized folder system within Bluebeam.
* Extract drawings from Teambinder, create a new pdf by slip-sheeting within Bluebeam, and then uploading new document back into Bluebeam
* Maintain and manage accuracy of uploaded documents stored into Bluebeam by verifying Drawing Logs, RFI Logs, RFA Logs, and new Bulletins
* Coordination and communication with other departments to verify information published to the construction staff is correct official documentation
* Work with other department to resolve any discrepancies found in documentation for correct prior to uploading.
* Communicate issues or problems that need resolution with the Quality Control Team Management
* Track project documentation throughout the documents' life cycle
* Prepare requests for reproduction of documents
* Assist in Quality Control documentation for contractor records
* Attend weekly QC Meetings
* Other duties, as directed by manager
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Working experience with Electronics Document Management System (EDMS), ACONEX, TeamBinder and Adobe Acrobat are a plus but not required
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent organization skills.
* Excellent record keeping
* Attention to detail
* Ability to multi task and work with multiple programs at once
* Bi-lingual is a plus
Work Environment:
* The job performed in a traditional office setting. Occasional field trips outside of office may be required to facilitate movement of documents.
