We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be involved from the ground up on building and maintaining requirement driven test scenarios, cases, and plans to ensure quality software releases. The QA Specialist will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to improve the overall internal quality system and assist in internal/external quality audits. The QA Specialist will work integrally with product line management, project managers, support, and developers to ensure a quality driven product.

What you will do:

* Create end-to-end test plan and execute the plan by managing all activities
* Ensure that all objectives of the plan are met and the solution works as expected
* Make sure that the testing in well defined, planned and executed

What you will need:

* Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science) or equivalent relevant experience
* 2 - 4 years' experience with manual and automated testing processes
* Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solutions being tested
* Experience with version control and issue tracking
* Strong critical thinking and analytical/technical problem - solving skills
