Quality Assurance Lead - Financial Services Office (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.

Define the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects. Coordinate with clients and develop relationships with high-level personnel to drive transformational change in the way they deliver application testing services in their organizations and develop long-term relationships. Lead proposals and build teams in order to develop and grow client business, cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Team with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field and 8 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in software quality assurance and testing). Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field and 7 years of work experience in software quality assurance and testing.

Must have 7 years of experience in the software testing environment.

Must have 5 years of experience as a Test Lead or similar software testing position with demonstrated experience managing client relationships

Must have 7 years of experience participating in the design and development of the test automation framework and any in-house tools

Must have 7 years of testing experience within the Financial/Banking industry (either in Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management, Banking, Mortgage, or Finance Risk and Compliance).

Must have 7 years of experience with SQL or Access Database.

Must have 7 years of experience with one or more of the following defect management tools: JIRA, VersionOne, HP ALM.

Must have 7 years of experience working with the QA for web applications.

Must have 3 years of experience working with test automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber, SOAP,IBM Rational, RSpec, or eggPlant

Requires domestic and international travel up to 80%.
