Quality Engineer - Security Analytics

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have hands on coding experience along with complex & large scale system validation exposure.

* 2+ years of QA experience
* Experience with Python test development
* Experience with Linux
* Strong knowledge of the software test lifecycle
* Experience with bug/defect tracking tools such as Jira, Redmine, Bugzilla, etc.
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in teams
* Test case and test plan writing, review and execution
* Perform functional, non-functional, regression, performance, integration, system and UAT testing
* Bachelor's degree in software related field

Additional Desirables :

* Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, HTML 5, CSS a plus
* Experience with automated test tools (unittest, Jenkins, Selenium, etc.)
* Experience with load and performance testing tools (JMeter, etc)
* Experience with NoSQL databases

What will you do?

* Build additional unit and integration tests.
* Interface with a remote team building end-to-end and UI tests.
* Perform code reviews on pull requests.
* Lead bug triage meetings.

This is a very automation-oriented position. Being comfortable with code - ideally Scala but at least Java - is essential.
