We are looking for a talented and detail oriented Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) who can own the end to end testing process for our mobile apps.
* You will define and develop testing strategies and test plans for multiple features of an application. * You will create and maintain manual and automated test cases. * You set a high bar for quality and have a good understanding how customers use the apps and include the most relevant end to end user scenarios in test plans and automation. * You will ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize testing execution, review test plans and report on test execution progress and results. * You will participate in design and specification reviews, and use this information to design test plans. * You will promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices. * You will participate in release planning of Goodreads mobile apps. * You will promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
