Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX responsible for:
Comprehensive process for gathering quality metrics, determining data validity, compiling and sorting data, and charting and presenting results to various levels of management
Reviewing, analyzing and reporting on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems
Implementing process improvement for the Quality organization to improve efficiency and affordability
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience / combined education
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
Ability to review data and identify trends
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong organizational skills in a data focused environment, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), accounting or equivalent

Detail oriented with demonstrated performance in generating high quality, error free deliverables
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Experience in facilitating multi-disciplinary meetings
Aerospace industry experience
SAP / ERP, SharePoint and Tableau or other business intelligence software experience
Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification or ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., ability to utilize various MS
Excel functions and/or create custom macros)
Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration
Effective communication skills: written, oral, listening, and presentation
