AppLovin is looking for an experienced and talented QA Lead to join our Lion Studios team!

Lion Studios is a dynamic studio that delivers captivating mobile app experiences to millions of players around the world. Founded in 2018, Lion Studios has already helped drive seven #1 overall free apps in the App Store and over ten which ranked in the top 10 overall. These titles include smash hit puzzle games Flip Trickster, Happy Glass, Love Balls and Weave the Line, hyper-casual game Big Big Baller and Draw In, and money-clicker game Hooked Inc and Cash, Inc. Headquartered in San Francisco, California, Lion Studios is focused on helping app developers build profitable app businesses, offering the industry experience and creative services teams they need to reach their goals faster.

Responsibilities:

* Functional, Performance, Usability, and Compatibility testing of mobile games
* Define quality procedures, always putting the end user experience foremost
* SDK and ad adapter testing
* Create and maintain test plans
* Create bug tickets and maintain bug database
* Work closely with product teams to define and achieve goals
* Develop new processes and programs to meet business needs
* Oversee a 3rd party QA team

Basic Qualifications:

* 4+ years QA experience, preferably in mobile
* 2+ years experience as a QA Lead
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Strong ability to prioritize and assess risk management
* Skill and familiarity testing tools and bug/test case management software
* Working knowledge of current mobile QA tools, processes, and principles
* Ability to pivot and work on many tasks and projects at once
* Experience working closely with customer service groups
* Experience submitting apps to iOS and Google App Stores
* Ability to learn quickly
* Strong communication skills
* Passion for gaming

* Experience with Charles, Xcode, & Android Studio
* Scripting/basic coding knowledge
