Responsibilities:

* Managing our product QA processes, both Manual and Automated
* Building out our Automated Selenium Grid test platform
* Working with the Product and Tech teams to document and construct test plans
* Scheduling automated and manual tests across our web and mobile products
* Implemented other automated test processes where and as necessary
* Running and/or assigning manual testing to other team members

Required Skills and Experience:

* At least 2 years experience in a QA Automation role, using such tools as Selenium, Selenium Grid and Web Driver
* Experience with automated test tools (Selenium, Selenium Grid, WebDriver, etc)
* Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Gitlab etc)
* Experience with version control systems
* Strong experience with manual testing (Cross browser, cross platform, responsiveness etc)
* Experience with load-testing tools
* Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent knowledge of web technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS)
* Experience with web-debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug, etc)
* An understanding of at least one programming language to use with Selenium (Java, Python, Perl, Ruby)
* Working knowledge of unix shells (bash, sh)
* Working knowledge of Databases and SQL
* Some experience managing end-to-end QA test processes
* Some experience managing and leading a QA team
* Highly self motivated
