Job Description

Neo is seeking a QA Analyst to join our Technology Department. S/he will be a highly valued member of a growing team providing market-leading data solutions to our clients across North America and Global Markets.

The QA Analyst will be primarily responsible for the successful delivery of tested and validated business intelligence solutions across our Clients' portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

* Develop Test Plans and test case based on requirements and user expectations
* Test current applications and identify deficiencies
* Develop data validations scripts
* Prepare and present reports and metrics to Neo Technology team
* Collaborate with different project stakeholders (Neo Technology Team, Neo Analytics, Neo Accounts Team)
* Review product requirements and specifications and provide input for functional requirements
* Time management skills to meet deadlines

Required Skills

* 3+ years software testing experience
* Educated to degree level, ideally in a computing or numerate subject e.g. IT-IS/Finance/Computer Science
* Experience with variety of different testing techniques e.g. UI testing, Automated Testing, Performance testing
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal, with the ability to explain in a user friendly manner
* Experience working in a fast paced digital marketing environment
* Can-do attitude with the desire to develop professionally across the wider organization
* Understanding of key software development processes, database architecture, and data management.
* Strong understanding of data and usage/applicability of technologies used to manipulate and analyse it.
* Ability and interest in learning new technologies/tools as the business evolves
