JOB SUMMARY

This position is for a Power Systems Solutions (PSS) Business Support Analyst that requires experience with engineering and construction projects. The PSS Business Support Analyst will solve organizational business problems by analyzing requirements, streamlining business processes, recommending system controls and protocols, and designing solutions as necessary.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Build and maintain PSS SharePoint intranet site collection.
* Lead the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program as well as maintain and develop the NPS site with solutions to.
* Develop and maintain PSS KPI reports.
* Review project processes for gaps or inefficiencies.
* Design, verify, and test improved processes with management.
* Update existing or create new company operating procedures.
* Develop training materials and conduct training.
* Configure PM software to follow project procedures and maximize efficiency.
* Implement projects in software, monitor results.
* Develop project templates for more consistent results.
* Audit compliance with project procedure.
* Maintain Document Management processes across PSS.
* Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
* Provide technical support and analytical guidance to team members.
* Perform special projects and other assignments as directed by management.

To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of quality and/or document control experience, preferably in the engineering/construction industry.
* Experience in the process and document flow of various project types, preferably including engineering, procurement, and construction.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with focus on Word, Excel, and OneNote.
* Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
* Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems experience highly preferred.

Five years of experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into applications and operational requirements.

* Standing: Occasional standing for work on complete control assemblies.
* Lifting: Occasional lifting of controls and test equipment, up to 35 pounds.

* Pushing: Infrequent pushing of objects, possibly related to rearrangement work.
* Pulling: Infrequent pulling of objects, possibly related to rearrangement work.
* Bending: Occasional bending during access to equipment.
* Reaching: Infrequent reaching.
* Handling: Frequent handling of parts or tools, personal computer, keyboard, and monitor.
* Environment: Work performed in a regular office environment.
