POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Position responsible for SW project scoping, design and implementation, including 3rd SW party integration/implementation

Write Func Specs, parts of Proposals and SOW, presentations to describe technical aspects of projects, position solution and PS value,

Perform analysis of requirements to determine estimates of resources (people and equipment), size of the software implementation and consulting engagements, efforts, schedules.

Basic qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline

English language knowledge

3 year experience in SW development

Excellent writing and documentation skills required

Must be able to consult with the customer to arrive at the requirements that best fits the customers' business objectives and needs

Must be a strong and effective communicator with the internal and external customers by building relationships, understanding their commitments, and establishing trust and dialogue on how to support and communicate those commitments

Preferred qualifications:

CSS3, HTML5, AngularJS required

CEN/XFS knowledge desirable
