Job Description

BAE Systems is looking for a Project Manager to work as a Full-Motion Video (FMV) analyst and manage a large team of analysts comprised of BAE employees, Task Leads, and subcontractors in a 24/7/365 operations environment. Must be willing to commit to one year as a Project Manager on any team and has near perfect attendance. The candidate will be responsible for serving as an onsite FMV analyst and Project Manager who will be the primary point of contact for the government customer.

Candidate will be required to attend weekly customer and BAE Systems staff meetings as the team's rotating schedule permits. Responsible for maintaining a budget of indirect charges and awards. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills and show a clear commitment to mentoring subordinates, which will include first line leader managers. Candidates will need to be able to coordinate and work with other managers across the program and with functional staff, such as HR. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and promote an awareness of BAE Systems.

Position will require the ability to organize and prioritize FMV analytical tasks along with administrative duties, such as, scheduling, coordinating augment support, and planning team or company events. Candidates must have the ability to effectively delegate tasks to ensure their completion in a timely manner. Candidates will also be managing resources, such as the daily team manning and PTO request to ensure that the customer driven minimum manning is met. Candidates will need to be able to travel from the customer location to the corporate headquarters when the need arises.
