Description

The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of the organizations Access Control System, ProWatch. The Senior IT Project Manager will manage resources, project schedules, project financials and adhere to stage gate quality of the organizations internal Project Management Lifecycle control guidelines defined by WMATA. Manage all aspects of the One Badge Access Control System projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings.

5-10 years experience managing Access Control Systems or Identity & Access Management Systems (IAMS) c. PMP certified; CSM preferred d. Experience managing, developing, deploying, and sustaining Access Control or Identity & Access Management Systems e. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong work ethic to effect change f. Ability to multi-task, be self-directed and present findings to senior management
