Position Description:

CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. You will enhance the cyber security posture of seven (7) civilian government agencies through improved implementation and enhancement of network monitoring and control tools and processes. You will actively identify and mitigate a wide range of cyber risks and will also work closely with a variety of agency stakeholders, supporting their mission, priorities, organization and unique challenges. This opportunity will support a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic project focused on improving federal cybersecurity at the seven target agencies over the next six (6) years.

Serve as the lead CGI Project Manager for a major cyber security program supplying overall leadership and guidance to all contract personnel for DHS and other major agencies and organizations participating in the CDM program.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* CGI sole accountable leader responsible for delivering the quality and efficiency expected by DHS in delivering CDM DEFEND capabilities, enhancements and vital incident response.
* Responsible for delegating and assigning tasks to direct reports and all contractor personnel. - Responsible for all technical efforts the overall performance of the CDM DEFEND task order through the optimization of staffing levels and resources including managing subcontractors as one cohesive team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* Active TS clearance required
* Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
* Bachelor's degree + 15 years of experience required.
* Experience in managing large projects.
* Experience in providing technical advice to senior level leaders within the government.
* Experience in managing and supervising multi-disciplinary cyber security teams and personnel.
* 15 plus years of experience in managing large complex projects.
* Current PMI PMP or PgMP certification.
* Experience in security integration projects across multiple disciplines for government agencies.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Systems Engineer or System Architect.

Desired:

* Experience in completing, leading or directing the work of others on projects similar to the size, scope and complexity of the work and environment that involve managing projects of $35-50M in annual revenues for cost plus labor projects.
* Ability to lead and provide technical planning advice and guidance to teams including directing and managing a staff to achieve program goals and objectives.
* Experience as Systems Engineer or System Architect preferably for a government agency.
* Understanding of federal cyber security guidance such as NIST SP 800-37 - Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach and NIST 800-137 - Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations.
* Understanding of the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program (CDM).
