Job Description We are reinforcing our Engineering Services department in the area of Race Engineering at the location in Shirley.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team responsible for the project management of automotive, aerospace and industrial products.

Your tasks as Project Manager (m/f/d):

* Ensure that the projects are delivered to time, cost and quality targets using best practice project management techniques
* Escalate issues as appropriate and implement recovery plans where necessary
* Coordinate supporting project administration activities and ensure that relevant business managers are aware of the project's status
* Ensure that required project documentation is produced, that reviews are undertaken and that approvals are obtained at each stage of the project
* Monitor and manage project changes as well as internal and customer relationships

Your profile as Project Manager (m/f/d):

* Successfully completed a degree in an engineering or technical discipline
* Several years of experience of working in an automotive product development environment
* Knowledge of engineering systems design and product development lifecycles
* Professional project management qualification (e.g. PMI - CAPM/PMP, APM - APMP, PMQ), high proficiency in the use of MS Project
* Experience of leading multidisciplinary project teams, excellent team leadership, relationship-building and communication skills
