We have helped our customers build and launch satellites into space and build some of the nation's most intricate scheduling systems.

We are currently recruiting for Project Manager to support IT Investment Management Support projects for a large government agency located in Washington, DC. Position will start in Q1, 2019.

* Oversees all aspects of the development and implementation of IT Investment Management Support projects, serving as a single point of contact. Assist with the reviewing of and implementing IT investment guidance documentation, operational procedures, scoring criteria, and templates to build a strong framework for the management, control, and reporting of the IT Infrastructure investment.
* Provide services in reviewing and providing comments and support to the IT PMO, regarding presentations and supporting documentation.
* Collect and analyze monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) data, collect and provide performance reports and operational analyses.
* Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports with the collected information and assist in responding to audits and data calls of IT investment management.
* Conducts project meetings and tracks and analyzes projects.
* Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
* Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

Requirements

8 years' experience with large scale IT project management and planning demonstrating a full understanding of project management theory and practices. 5 years of IT PMO experience, developing enterprise wide PMO practices, including EVM. Demonstrated leadership and expertise in earned value management, business process improvement, change management, risk management, quality management and, building partnerships between IT and program areas. Working knowledge of eSDLC standards, AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies. Experience with automated project management planning and tracking tools (MS Project or P6) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification is required. Demonstrated leadership and disciplined organizational skills are required for this highly visible and demanding position. US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required.
