Project Manager, HR (Contract)

Position Description

The HR team is looking for an energetic, detail oriented project manager to join our team. This role will work closely with the growing HR team and key stakeholders across the business to help achieve initiatives with a organization-wide impact.

The Program Manager, HR role (contract) will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of programs and projects with an HR focus; with the support of HR operations, total rewards and talent acquisition reporting to the Head of HR and Internal Communications. This is a great opportunity for an innovative, "out of the box" thinker that is looking to manage multiple initiatives and create programs and solutions that will enable a growing organization.

Responsibilities

* Assess current HR systems, processes and programs with a focus on scalability for near-term growth that support multiple, US geographies and commercial organization build out
* Provide recommendations on quick wins and longer-term solutions that focus on the employee experience and are fit for purpose with Corium's culture
* Perform hands on project management such as development of project plans, scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, benefits and milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of risk, issue and action logs
* Partner with HR team to support system, process and programs enhancement
* Engage key stakeholders to understand, and in some cases steward the various HR processes, in order to better understand where process improvements could be made
* As required, partner with external vendors/parties to ensure teams are engaged and effectively utilizing the best tools available
* Document new processes and develop content to support training and successful adoption

Requirements

* B.S. in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' managing projects in a growing or evolving organization.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing organization.
* Willingness to be "hands-on" and able to seamlessly move between strategic to operational business needs.
* Collaborates with key stakeholders including members of the leadership team gathering feedback and alignment to ensure fit for purpose solutions.
* Understands change managements and how to drive adoption throughout the organization.
* Excellent judgment, decision making, and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Knowledge of state and federal employment laws to ensure compliance when designing and executing changes.
