Basic Function: To provide program and project management to enterprise-wide records, information and technology teams
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
* Using collected data, analyze data for BU, generate reports, and ensure accuracy for all information being reported * Prepare materials, schedule and coordinate presentations * Collaborate with clients and assignment team on complex or special projects * Manage and oversee a number of Records team focused projects on a global scale * Coordinate roadmaps and plans across projects, programs and teams to ensure coordination across the program * For each project: * Serve as the primary contact for all cross-functional team members for assigned projects * Manage and track all activities * Coordinate and facilitate project meetings * Document and track issues and risks and facilitate resolutions * Drive progress forward to completion * Track, demonstrate and communicate achievements
* Develop or assist with documentation efforts
Required Skills
Minimum Requirements: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities to qualify for position)
* Demonstrates advanced software skills particularly MS Excel, Project, and Visio * Minimum 1-2 years' experience in project management * Deadline driven, organized and understand how people view and understand content * Highly-motivated professional with strong project management, organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with solid Business analytical skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Excellent communication, interpersonal and client services skills * Experience with information management is desirable but not essential
Relationships:
Maintains working partnerships with: Information Management (IM), Enterprise Infrastructure (EI), and Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), Client Business Partners (BU), as well as other Records Management team members.
