Job Description

A Project Manager job in Irvine, CA is now accepting applications. This is a contract position expected to last for 12 months, with our key aerospace client. In this role you will Provide CSO Business Development program administration support. To be considered you will have a High School diploma minimum, and 1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document project information and business case assumptions,

Determine technical feasibility of projects including risk assessments using standard tools,

Develop individual project charters,

Develop presentations in support of gate reviews,

Gather pricing and competitive intelligence,

Support the development of stage gate presentations,

Support proposal development,

Develop, maintain, and monitor schedules,

Develop, maintain, and monitor risk management tools

Forecast and meet project sales,

Provide reporting and monthly status reports on all projects,

Support invoicing

Support consolidating PI&R data into reports that can be used by the BD team

Support updating and managing the project management tool (Winovation)

Possible Travel is required when interfacing with the customer and suppliers.

Project Manager Requirements:

High School diploma minimum

1+ years of experience

MUST BE US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT.
