Job Description

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible to provide input on the development or enrichment of the global HR strategy in alignment to business operations and the overall firm strategy. S/he will support the overall strategic goals of the Human Resources services offered within all firm offices through enhanced processes and innovative technology. S/he will work exclusively on special projects and HR function priorities and will partner with firm leaderships and HR colleagues to identify and develop sustainable and impactful improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Translate strategy into improved functional and operational changes
* Act as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to Human Resources services (processes and/or systems) by performing gap analyses
* Support leadership and business stakeholders by assessing their needs and providing recommendations for process improvements or system enhancements; gather feedback on current state and present recommendations for future state; influence and drive change through compelling research, data and presentations
* Create strong business cases, which include but are not limited to, documented analyses, action plans and process maps, to secure approval for projects; work with leadership and business stakeholders on prioritization
* Research market trends and industry best practice to augment functional operating model
* Map and re-engineer HR business processes to ensure that operations and systems are streamlined and user friendly
* Continuously introduce and educate leadership and business stakeholders on new trends to support the overall strategic vision of HR services
* Identify and develop process/system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions with HRIS/HR Operations; ensure quality and accuracy of controls in place
* Lead other projects, as needed

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive analysis and project management experience within a HR function
* Knowledge of continuous improvement disciplines with practical application experience
* Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Demonstrated ability to create process maps
* Executive presentation experience

Preferred:

* HR process experience
* Strategic planning experience
* Project Management certification
