Information security is an integral part of Visa's corporate culture. It is essential to maintaining our position as an industry leader in electronic payments, and it is the responsibility of each and every employee to safeguard information, protect it from unauthorized access, and ensure regulatory compliance. Information security has a significant effect on privacy, consumer confidence, external reputation, and/or the bottom line, and it is a priority on everyone's agenda

The successful incumbent will be part of Visa's Business to Business (B2B) Identity & Access Management team, which is part of the larger Cybersecurity organization. The B2B IAM team has a Global focus, and is responsive to an evolving threat landscape, regulatory compliance, IT security requirements and technology architecture. The B2B IAM team is responsible for secure access to business portals and associated services.

Basic Qualifications

* 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD) OR at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
* Experience in directly relevant program/project management roles in technology portfolio and program management, business analysis, planning and operations, and/or related functions.
* A demonstrable ability to plan, execute and deliver projects on time and demonstrate the ability to communicate succinctly any project issues, risks to an executive audience.
* Proficient in at least one agile project management tool: Jira, Wiki, Rally, etc.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint)
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels.
* An ability to influence without direct authority, as well as demonstrate an appropriate level of assertiveness, is critical.



Preferred Qualifications

* 12-15 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
* Experience at a large, leading technology, payments, and/or financial services company is highly preferred. Experience in application security highly preferable.
* Experience as a scrum master leading teams in agile software development
* Project Management certification preferred including at least 1 of the following: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC)
* Excellent listening skill and be able to understand and document discussion topics clearly
* Advanced Knowledge of Agile techniques such as: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing
* High level of attention to detail, including the ability to assess, and synthesize large amounts of content and data related to program status, issues, risks, dependencies, and schedules and distill it in crisp, clear language appropriate for a variety of audiences.
* High degree of business acumen and technical competency, ability to balance and bridge technology and business needs, project and program management

Essential Functions

The incumbent will:

* Manage Agile release planning, and ensure clear communication and collaboration among the Product Owner and members of the Development team
* Heavily collaboration across business and technology organizations, providing sound business analysis, process and change leadership within an Agile framework
* Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and evolving environment, to drive delivery of solutions
* Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure clear business requirements.
* Provide thought leadership and recommendations to management based on best practices and experience working in a global and diverse environment.
* Communicate effectively and proactively with management ideas and recommendations for optimizing business operations, resources and fixed capacity
* Define needs, develop plans, coordinate resources and implement action plans
* Demonstrate your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines
* Continually evaluate product capabilities and provide guidance to product roadmap and strategy

The incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.

Travel Requirements

This position does not require the incumbent to travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements

* This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
