Job Description

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Project Manager for Clinical Testing and will provide the general PM support for CMO clinical testing activities, create UFT project GANTT chart and monitor progress toward project deliverables/milestones, assist clinical testing team in the creation and evolution of a detailed clinical test plan, prepare summary level reports for OEHRM project leadership and assist the clinical testing team in obtaining access to the Cerner environment and testing tools. They will also monitor progress with testing activities/milestones and document progress of all clinical testing activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS (primary and nice-to-have): (Required means that the client only wants to see candidates who have these skills).

Minimum qualifications:

* Basic qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience. Minimum of 18 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements
* Experience managing Information Technology related projects. Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies.
* Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress.
* Able to identify and mitigate risks.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline is required

Additional qualifications:

* Experience in the VA
* Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
* Experience in using testing software and testing tools preferred
