Position Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of Technology projects following the company's methodologies and standards. This resource will support a large number of projects from initiation to completion. This will include operational projects, tasks, change management, and support of the senior project manager.

Major Responsibilities:

* Facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks and resource requirements.
* Develops and or maintains project plans including project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and statuses
* Coordinating the documentation of requirements, system specifications, vendor RFPs and vendor selection.
* Document and communicate meeting minutes, action items/issues, risks and key decisions.
* Coordinates activities of project team members to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished or will meet desired goal
* Prioritize tasks to meet deliverables and commitments on time.
* Facilitates follow-up on action items, reviews project risks and issues to ensure realistic expectations are set
* Manage project budget and resource allocation.
* Provide visibility of project progress, identify and manage project risks and related action plans
* Track and manage the costs of the project to remain within budget and to identify risks and plan to prevent going over.
* Identify, assess and minimize project risks until successful project completion.
* Review, prioritize and facilitate inbound change requests
* Coordinate change management and complete post-mortem analysis of change efforts to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
* Assist Sr. Project Manager on various projects to complete tasks and drive specific project work-streams

Required Skills / Knowledge:

* Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Project
* Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
* Team-oriented
* Ability to handle multiple complex projects and various tasks independently and simultaneously
* Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple projects and managing stakeholders' expectations
* Strong project management skills, including risk management.
* Ability to travel when required.

Experience Needed:

* 2-5 years project management experience
* 2- 5 years technology work experience
* 2+ years managing cross functional teams
* 2+ years change management/operational support

Educational Background Required:

* Certified Project Manager (from accredited program) and/or PMP credential
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* ITIL
