Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Product and Tech Lead to prioritize, plan and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Identify and quickly resolve changes in scope, schedules and resource requirements
* Identify and communicate risks; work with subject matter experts to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
* Prioritize and track issues and create remediation plans for resolution of impediments in priority order
* Report on project status clearly, consistently and reliably to executive management and team members
* Leverage retrospective meetings where appropriate to continuously improve team performance
* Maintain accurate project reporting information and up-to-date project assets and metrics
* Establish and develops relationships and partnerships with internal and external team members
* Understand and maintain focus on business value and KPI project is seeking to impact.
* Deep experience with data driven decision making and business metrics

Qualification

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 2-3 years of experience in Agile Project Management, preferably in data intensive organization
* Certification in one or more project management frameworks (CSM, PMP, etc.) required or applicable experience managing a BI or Analytics team with direct responsibility for delivery of business value.
* Demonstrated experience with large-scale, complex, cross discipline technology projects, including scope definition, schedule development and management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities
* Demonstrated understanding of data ingestion, data flow from source systems to DW to BI tools, analytics tools and tracking methodologies
* Ability to assist in the troubleshooting of data quality issues
* Working knowledge of both Jira and Confluence a plus
