AIM is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will work with business partners to identify and implement small to medium sized projects that support achievement of client's requests. Projects are business oriented in nature often with data and/or system configuration changes. Works with moderate guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. Operates within defined parameters using project management methodology.

Primary duties may include; but are not limited to:

* creates an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization.
* manages multiple concurrent projects;
* develops work plan structure and project schedule;
* manages and updates project plans;
* regularly reports status of reports;
* leads project meetings;
* identifies, documents and prioritizes scope changes and facilitates approval process;
* secures the appropriate resources for project;
* tracks and manages time and budget against plan;
* sets and manages expectations with resource managers and team members;
* coordinates closely with IT Scrum Master for any IT related work;
* maintains risk, actions, issue and decision log;
* facilitates resolution of issues;
* prepares and participates in quality review checkpoints;
* obtain/secure necessary approvals;
* conduct project lessons learned and close-out activities;

Requirements:

* BA/BS in a related field;
* 3 years professional project management experience required during which at least 2 years are spent leading and directing project tasks, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
* Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects required.
