Job Summary

Crowe is hiring for a Technical Project Manager with demonstrated capability to support multiple projects. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how a software product is built from the ground up, while also understanding the business side of the application.

The candidate should be able to help teams meet commitments, facilitate conversations, and overcome roadblocks to resolve issues. The candidate will need to be comfortable working with geographically-dispersed team members, mainly Chicago and Indianapolis. At times, this person may need to help solicit business requirements and facilitate the prioritization of features based on urgency or value.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years of experience managing technical projects
* Data science, machine learning, or software project experience desired
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal, for both a technical and non-technical audience
* Can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

* Maintain project charters, requirements, and plans
* Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
* Coordinate resources from one or more functional departments to meet the project requirements
* Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, supervisors, and management about project status and issues
* Ensure that all aspects of the project and product meets or exceeds any compliance requirements
