Harris is looking for a Software Project Manager to join the NorthStar team. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic project manager, with strong leadership skills. As a Software Project Manager you will lead a cross functional team to deliver mission critical software solutions to our clients. Recent growth within NorthStar will permit you to implement processes that will positively impact our organization. The software project manager is a critical role at NorthStar, and can be a catalyst for growth.
What will you bring?
* Lead and manage software solution implementation projects * Provide team leadership to create and execute project plans to meet desired objectives * Oversee solution implementations and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders * Provide updates and manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of highest quality software solution and customer service * Identify and manage change and risks during project delivery * Take on responsibility, manage and report on project financials * Conduct post implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and apply learning * Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and to reduce the impact on the client and project timelines
What we are looking for?
* 5+ years of progressive Project management experience * 5+ years of experience implementing client software solutions and/or information technology solutions * Energetic project leader with experience in managing software implementation projects to multiple clients * Desire to have an impact on the organization's growth * Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross functional teams * Proven experience with effective client management * PMP Certification is considered a strong asset
